About Tom
Many people come to osteopathy after trying stretches, rest, or short-term treatments — only for the pain to return.
I became an osteopath because I saw how often symptoms were managed, but the underlying causes were left untouched.
A Whole Person Approach
I trained at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in London, and I was drawn to its integrated approach — combining structural osteopathy with nutrition, visceral and cranial techniques.
My background in health and fitness, alongside further study in corrective exercise and lifestyle-based care, means your treatment looks beyond where it hurts.
We focus on:
• How you move
• How you recover
• How stress affects your body
• And what will create lasting change
